1 pack of 400 gr Pondan Bolu Kukus

  5 eggs

  3 tablespoons of water

  5 tablespoons of melted margarine

  Minced chicken meat

  Slices of red peppers

  Slices of celery

  Parsley leaves


Serving Instructions for minced chicken

Saute 2 tablespoons red onion (finely sliced) and garlic with 1 tablespoon margarine until yellow.
Pour 150 grams of chicken meat (finely chopped), saute until it changes color.
Add 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, salt, sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, pepper, water.
Cook until the meat is tender and the marinade seep into the meat, after it dries remove and let it cool.Serving Instructions for meat of steamed bolu:Preheat the steamer with a big fire before you whisk the eggs.
Whisk eggs at high speed for 1-2 minutes.
Pour Pondan Bolu Kukus Special cake flour and 3 tablespoons of water, then whisk at high speed for 6-7 minutes until the batter is thick.
Pour 1/3 of the batter into a square pan (20 cm), sprinkle with minced chicken, celery and red pepper, then steam for 10 minutes.
Pour 1/3 of the batter back above the steamed batter, sprinkle with minced chicken, celery and red pepper and pour the last remaining batter, sprinkle with minced chicken, celery, red pepper and steam for 15 minutes.
Remove cake from the pan and add parsley leaves as a garnish.
