1 pack Pondan mango flan pudding 130 g

  600 mL Boiling Water (For Pudding)

  100 gr sugar

  1 pack of orange jelly

  mango square pieces

  vanilla custard

  Whip cream Pondan


  Fruit strowberry

  Fruit cherry

  Mint leaves


Measure exactly 600 ml of boiling water and pour into a large bowl.
Pour instant pudding powder little by little into the boiling water while stirring for about 4 minutes until be spread evenly and no wisp.
Pour 1 layer of Pondan chocolate sponge cake into the pan.
Pour the mango flan pudding that has slightly thickened.
While waiting for the pudding gets harden, cook orange jelly by mixing water, orange jelly, sugar. Stir and cook until boiling.
Put mango and spread orange jelly above the mango flan pudding. Decorate with Pondan whip cream, mango, strawberry and vanilla custard.
