1 pack of 400 gr Pondan Black Forest

  6 eggs

  150 grams of melted margarine

  Chocolate paste (inside the pack)

  Pondan Whip Cream

  Dark chocolate

  Red cherry Mint leaves

  Mint leaves


Preheat the oven (200°C). Whisk the eggs for 2 minutes until expands
Pour the Pondan Black Forest flour, then whisk at high speed for 6 -7 minutes until the mix thickens
Pour the chocolate paste (inside the pack), melted margarine into batter, and mix well
Pour the batter into three separate baking pan (size 22 cm) which had been smeared with margarine
Bake for 25 minutes. Remove the cake from the mold. Shape into a round cake and put in a round mold.
Apply Pondan whip cream on the cake, give dark cherry, stacked with a cake back
Repeat the above steps until 2 layers and apply whip cream on the top of the cake
Put in the refrigerator until the cake hardens, remove the mold, decorate with chocolate ornaments, red cherry and mint leaves
