This Indonesian fried rice is super easy in terms of preparation, ingredients and there is no compromise in terms of getting a wholesome meal. Leftover met or veg blends beautifully with this rice dish and is prepared stir fried in a hot wok. Often made with sweet, thick soy sauce called kecap and garnished with acar, pickled cucumber and carrots.
