CHICKEN IN CHILI SAUCE "PADANG STYLE"

Balado Ayam (Chicken in Chili Sauce), was created according to its original Padang recipe. It's also good to make Balado Telor (Boiled Egg in Chili Sauce).Balado is one of the signature dishes in any Padang Restaurant. Chicken or hard-boiled egg are recommended. This seasoning makes any meal deliciously spicy. It comes with enough seaosning to coat a whole chicken. Can be frozen to use for leftovers for up to a month.
